Glaze
Special jellies with a smooth texture that
covers delicate fresh fruits or pies, and also to make mirror effects.
Coldgeli can absorb 10% water to make it more liquid.
To
apply Coldgeli, stir gently into the product and then apply onto pastries.
Do not boil, Coldgeli must be used cold.

Super concentrated apricot glaze for hot
application.
Can absorb up to 100% water per kilo.
Bring to the
boil 1KG of GLAGELI with 0.5-1litre of water. Allow to cool to 75C. Then
apply to any type of pastry product or pie to give a brilliant shiny
effect!
