This range of dough sheeters are robust, reliable and easy to use. The proven designs have been upgraded for even greater efficiency.

Full width 600mm dough sheets can be produced to supply modern cutting conveyors, croissant and automatic production machines. They are fully compliant with international safety requirements


Croissant Curler

Filled and unfilled croissants from the same machine.

• Doughband sizing ~ pastry is precisely cut to prevent snagging
• Guillotine ~ mechanically driven, silent & reliable, rapid changeovers
• Separation ~ unique separation system prevents unintentional movement of pastry
• Turntable ~ pastry shapes are rotated, not turned, which ensures
that the dusted surface remains on top
• Moulder ~ tightness can be sensitively adjusted and locked to prevent accidental movement
• Cleaning ~ easy access, guarded but open construction, allows for good hygiene
